Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Inspector to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time role—perfect for someone looking to earn extra income on their own schedule. You’ll be inspecting residential properties to ensure they meet quality standards and contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential property inspections, including move-in, move-out, renewal, pet, and flyer inspections
- Collect and analyze data during inspections to spot discrepancies or maintenance concerns
- Accurately document findings and submit detailed reports
- Be available for flexible scheduling based on inspection needs
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for inspections and reporting
- Experience in residential inspections or property management is a plus, but not required
- Some knowledge of home repairs is helpful (you don’t need to be a handyman)
- Willingness to learn and follow inspection standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot early signs of property issues
