Pay: $30.00- $50.00 an hour, based on experience — plus full benefits and an ownership stake in the company.

What You'll Do
● Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
● Perform rough framing with wood and metal studs.
● Install cabinets, trim, doors, and finish carpentry.
● Safely operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
● Build temporary protection, walls, and jobsite structures.
● Read and follow project plans and schedules.
● Maintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, organized jobsite.
● Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (when certified).
● Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What You'll Need
● 5+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience, including framing, finish carpentry, and commercial hardware installation.
● Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
● Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Wisconsin.
● Ability to pass a background check.
