Bath Planet of Seattle is seeking an experienced Marketing Event Coordinator to lead our event marketing efforts throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for event marketing, team management, and customer engagement. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events while recruiting, training, and managing a team of event demonstrators.

Identify, schedule, and book local events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals.

Coordinate and manage promotional event schedules.

Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of event marketing representatives.

Generate qualified customer leads through in-person event marketing.

Ensure event booths are professionally set up, maintained, and dismantled.

Track and report weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budgets.

Establish and achieve weekly and monthly performance goals.

Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize event success.

Maintain excellent communication with customers, team members, and leadership.

Must be located in Seattle, WA.

Minimum of 3 years of event marketing experience.

Previous leadership or team management experience.

Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Ability to stand for extended periods during events.

Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting.

Availability to work every weekend.

Experience in promotional marketing, trade shows, or home improvement marketing.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.

Base Salary: $800–$1,200 per week

Plus: Commission and performance bonuses based on appointments and sales generated from events
