CAD Order Coordinator
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CAD Order Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in processing custom jewelry orders and communicating clear, accurate design instructions to our CAD department.
The ideal candidate will have strong reasoning skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to carefully review customer requests before submitting them to the CAD team. Jewelry or CAD experience is helpful but not required. We welcome recent graduates and will provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process custom jewelry and CAD order requests received from customers.
- Interpret customer instructions, images, sketches, stone measurements, and design references.
- Prepare clear, complete, and accurate instructions for the CAD design team.
- Identify missing or unclear information and communicate with customers to obtain the necessary details.
- Use good judgment and reasoning to ensure that design requests are practical and properly documented.
- Maintain regular communication with the CAD team throughout the design and revision process.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending information, CAD approvals, revisions, and order updates.
- Track multiple orders and ensure each project continues moving through the process.
- Maintain accurate order records, notes, files, and customer correspondence.
- Assist with additional office responsibilities, including shipping, answering phone calls, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Support other team members as needed in a small-business environment.

- Comfortable following up with customers and internal team members.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities without losing important details.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Jewelry, CAD, manufacturing, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
