Bence Michael, a recruiting agency based in Orlando, is looking for Parking Lot Attendants in Miami near the Miami International Airport! If you are reliable, safety oriented, and have parking lot attendant experience, we want to hear from you!
DETAILS:
- $22.00 per hour
- Full-time
- Monday–Sunday operation
- 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Set schedule
- Weekly pay
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct delivery trucks and other vehicles to designated loading, unloading, and staging areas and ensure traffic flows safely and efficiently
- Use handheld LED batons to signal drivers and guide pedestrian flow safely
- Guide pedestrians safely through busy parking areas
- Monitor full lots and redirect vehicles away from blocked or restricted areas
- Assist with barricade placement and ensure vehicles do not enter closed sections
- Help reduce congestion and maintain smooth traffic patterns during peak times
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to management
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with drivers, pedestrians, and on-site leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in traffic control, parking lot operations, or a similar role preferred
- Strong situational awareness and ability to react quickly to keep everyone safe
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
