Emergency Veterinary Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our clients, our receptionists are the face and voice of our hospital. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and check pets in and out
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Keep clients updated on their pet's care and progress
- Enter and maintain accurate computer records
- Provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations
- Assist with handling pets when needed (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)

- Strong multitasking and critical-thinking abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Veterinary experience is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing their Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) certification.
Schedule
As a 24/7 emergency hospital, we care for pets when they need us most. We're looking for team members with flexible availability who can work a variety of shifts. We are currently hiring for Mid-Afternoon through Evening shifts.
Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift differential and holiday pay are offered.
