As an Insider, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—preparing food, assisting customers, and keeping the store running smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and great teamwork, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders in person and over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and front area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
