Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Night Account Supervisor
Job Summary
The Commercial Cleaning Night Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of all assigned cleaning accounts during evening hours, Monday-Friday. This position ensures all facilities meet company standards, provides hands-on support when needed, trains new employees, and maintains strong communication with management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly inspections of assigned commercial cleaning accounts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Verify that all cleaning tasks are completed according to company procedures and client expectations.
- Address and resolve any cleaning deficiencies promptly.
- Train and onboard new employees, including proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to improve employee performance.
- Cover employee shifts when team members are absent or when staffing shortages occur.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by responding to concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines and properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Complete inspection reports, employee evaluations, and incident documentation as required.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding account status, staffing needs, and client feedback.
- Assist with scheduling and employee coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties when necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
