Job Summary
New Horizon Care Centers (NHCC) is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Network & Cloud Support Technician. This role is ideal for candidates with a 2-year IT degree who want to build experience in networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and user support for hardware, software, printers, and Microsoft 365
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, MFA, and access control
- Support Azure/AWS cloud-connected systems under guidance of senior staff
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain documentation for tickets, systems, and onboarding
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field
- 2 years of experience in role or related
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Introductory knowledge of Azure or AWS
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+, AZ-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
