About the Partnership & Pay Structure
This is a business-to-business contract partnership, not a W-2 employment position. We handle the client acquisition, administrative bidding, and contract management, while you do what you do best—deliver spotless spaces.
We offer highly competitive flat revenue splits that reward your speed and commercial expertise:
- 70% Flat Revenue Split on labor-heavy Move-In / Move-Out (MIMO) real estate property turns.
- 60% Flat Revenue Split on recurring commercial, office, and janitorial contracts. (Average equivalent contractor payouts range from $25.00 to $60.00+ per hour depending on your team's speed and the job scope).
Responsibilities
- Move-In / Move-Out Turns: Execute comprehensive deep cleaning services for vacant residential and real estate turnover properties, including detailed cleaning of kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, baseboards, and interior windows.
- Commercial Cleaning: Perform reliable cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail properties, and facilities, ensuring all client cleanliness checklists are fully executed.
- Floor Care: Conduct professional floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and basic stain/spot treatment to maintain a fresh environment.
- Sanitation & Waste: Handle essential sanitation tasks, including trash removal, replacing liners, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in compliance with general safety protocols.
- Janitorial Duties: Manage routine restroom sanitization, dusting, mirror cleaning, and surface maintenance.
- Professional Communication: Maintain positive professional interactions if clients are on-site, and report completed jobs promptly to the agency for rapid payout processing.
Contractor Requirements (Deal-Breakers)
To protect our brand equity and meet our clients' compliance standards, all independent contractors must meet the following criteria:
- Business Structure: Must operate as a true independent business entity (Sole Proprietorship, LLC, or Corp) with a valid EIN or SSN for tax reporting.
- Insurance: Must carry (or be willing to immediately obtain) an active General Liability Insurance policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.
- Supplies & Equipment: Must provide your own professional-grade cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals (including a commercial HEPA vacuum, mops, extension poles, and detailing supplies).
- Experience: Proven professional experience in residential deep cleaning, commercial janitorial, turnover services, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Service Territory & Transport: Based out of Wake Forest, NC. Subcontractors must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned contracts throughout the greater Triangle area, including Wake Forest, Raleigh, and Durham.
Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
