Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting watches and sunglasses that suit their style, needs, and budget
- Conduct product demos to showcase features, benefits, and styling options of various accessories
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
- Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing stock, and participating in regular stock audits
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-ups
- Support team members with supervising responsibilities as needed, fostering a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, accessories, or grocery store environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette skills
- Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with retail sales transactions and retail math calculations necessary for daily operations
