American Traveler is seeking a licensed RN with OR experience for a 13-week travel contract in Illinois, working four 10-hour shifts per week with on-call requirements.

Operating Room (OR) setting within an acute care hospital

Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week

On-call required as needed

Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated

Active Illinois RN license currently in hand

Current BLS/BCLS certification required

Current ACLS certification required

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required

OR nursing experience required

Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical, mental, and spiritual needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Expected to recognize and report changes in patient condition using clinical nursing judgment

Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate medical records and meeting Core Measure requirements

Part of a non-profit healthcare system recognized nationally for cancer, cardiac, stroke, bariatric, breast imaging, and rehabilitation services
