Are you an animal lover looking for a hands-on role in the pet care industry? PetU is a locally owned, women-led small business serving southeastern Wisconsin. We’re more than just a dog daycare—we’re a “dog school” that offers training, daycare, and boarding.
Our mission is to help dogs and their humans be the best team they can be. Every pup at PetU gets a personalized experience—from carefully chosen play groups to nap times, extra cuddles, and special attention for dogs with unique needs.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage dog playgroups, ensuring safe and positive interactions.
- Follow daily schedules, including feeding, administering medications, baths, and behavior assessments.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients about dog behavior, health, and habits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting dogs or heavy food bags.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous professional experience with dogs (daycare, boarding, vet clinic, grooming, or dog walking) preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
