Description:
The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Work Environment:

Classes may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season.

Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to physically participate in sports activities.

Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).

Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.

Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.

Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.

Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.

Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.

Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
