Position Summary:
Preciball USA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate(s) with forklift and reach truck experience. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order fulfillment & safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse knowledge, operates equipment safely, and is comfortable using basic computer systems.
Work Schedule A: Monday-Thursday- 7:30am - 6:00pm
Work Schedule B: Monday-Thursday- 7:30am - 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull freight orders from storage racking and coordinate with Quality team as needed
- Accurately enter and process orders in our ERP system
- Safely operate forklift and reach truck in a warehouse environment
- Verify all orders are properly packed, labeled, and completed per instructions
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
- Pack, strap, and wrap orders for shipment
- Load outbound shipments for freight pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock areas
- Crosstrain to support multiple roles within the Fulfillment department
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements
- Complete additional tasks as needed to support operations
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift and reach truck experience required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
