Team leaders play an integral part in ensuring the health and safety of clients and the effective delivery of services. Team Leaders supervise and coordinate the activities of DSP/Supported Living Providers, provide direct care to our clients and implement policies and procedures. An associate's degree and/or three years related work experience and/or training required. General budgeting skills and the ability to problem-solve, valid driver’s license (max 4 points), reliable transportation for transporting clients and auto insurance required.
