What You’ll Do

Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism

Identify needs, solve problems, and upsell when appropriate

Document interactions in CRM systems

Deliver fast, friendly, and effective service every time
What We’re Looking For

Customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong communication & multitasking skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
