Sales & Pawn Associate (Base + Commission) - Performance Driven Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member who wants to take control of their income and stay productive in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with people, closing deals, and being rewarded for results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales by actively engaging customers and closing deals
- Write and manage pawns with accuracy and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize each interaction
- Build relationsips that generate repeat business
- Support daily operation including merchandising, inventory and store organization
- Stay productive during slower periods by improving the sales floor and processing inventory
What We're Looking For:
- Sales-minded with a strong focus on results and earnings
- Comfortable with commission-based pay and performance expectations
- Confident communicator who can build trust and negotiate when needed
- Self-motivated and dependable - able to stay busy without supervision
- Retail or sales experience is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
