Maintenance Technician Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced machine shop. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the facility remains safe, functional and efficient.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Responsible for corrective maintenance and repairs of the equipment
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
- Maintain facility systems including lighting, HVAC, plumbing and compressed air systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and records
- Thorough knowledge of safe operation of power tools, electrical, mechanical, gauging and measuring equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience working on manual & CNC equipment (CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Laser cutters, markers and welders and PLC systems) preferred
- Strong technical understanding
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Proficient in the use and application of tools needed to perform the job
- Experience with preventative maintenance software programs
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability and high-quality productivity
