Customer Service Representative
Location: West Valley
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Zone Air is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist walk-in local customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer questions
- Work with other team members to ensure a great customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and email
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
