Jenn's Pet TLC, LLC is a well-established, highly reviewed dog walking and pet sitting business serving families throughout South San Jose, Los Gatos, and Campbell. We're growing our team and looking for people who take pet care as seriously as we do.
The Job
- Part-time to start — expect roughly 2 to 5 visits weekly, with more available as you settle in
- Covers South San Jose, Los Gatos, and Campbell
- Pay begins at $18.45/hour
- On top of hourly pay: mileage and cell phone reimbursement, tips, holiday bonuses, and a structured bonus program
- Typically walking 1–2 dogs per visit, with bigger groups available once you've built experience
- Every client household is vetted in advance for pet temperament and safety, so surprises aren't part of the job
You'd Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a car
- Genuinely enjoy animals across the board — dogs, cats, birds, small pets, all of it
- Feel confident handling bigger or stronger dogs, including groups of up to three
- Can commit to at least 6 months so pets get to know and trust you
- Own a smartphone that can run apps for scheduling, maps, access, messaging and send photo updates to clients
- Are able to pass a background check
- Don't mind being outside regardless of what the weather's doing
- Show up reliably, communicate professionally, and treat clients (both human and pet) with warmth
- Are fine getting a little dirty, furry, or sweaty in the name of good work
