We are seeking an ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY IN OUR NASHVILLE, TN OFFICE.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients and assessing their financial situations;
- Court appearances on behalf of the clients;
- Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability;
- Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee;
- Research and draft pleadings;
- Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client well,
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable in handling multiple responsibilities with multiple clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Previous bankruptcy experience and/or admission to the Eastern or Middle District of TN preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate
