Glow Salon and Spa is a warm, welcoming salon located in the Village of West Clay in Carmel, Indiana. We specialize in hair color, balayage, cuts, extensions, and bridal beauty, and we are looking for a talented stylist to join our growing team.
Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible scheduling so you can build the hours that work best for you. You will work closely with our salon manager and be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
As a stylist at Glow, you will serve clients with professionalism and care, perform consultations, and deliver high-quality cuts, color, and styling services. You will also contribute to our social media presence by capturing photos and videos of your work to be used for salon content.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with 3 or more years of professional experience behind the chair. A current clientele is preferred. Bridal and wedding experience is a plus, as bridal services are a key part of what we do at Glow. We are an Aveda concept salon, so familiarity with Aveda products is a strong advantage, though we welcome stylists who work with other professional product lines as well. Familiarity with GlossGenius is a plus.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
