We are looking for Caring, Dependable, Dedicated Staff who will provide direct care for our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide paid on the job training, 30-60-90 raises, with a 90 day sign-on bonus. We offer two other bonuses during the year, and many other benefits of being part of our C.A.R.E team. We pay weekly. Responsibilities include doing outings, consumer interactions, consumer care, cooking, cleaning, documentation and other tasks. We want staff that are proud to earn a living and want to better themselves as well as show respect to our consumers. We will support you being the best you can be. We have a team of hard working Staff that like to see others be successful. Required to be able to lift 50 pounds. Raises are performace based.
We pay well. We pay TIME AND A HALF on weekends. Double time when appropriate (will discuss at interview)...Nice Bonuses twice a year based on the number of hours worked. The more you work the more your bonus will be.

Requirements:
- High school degree/GED required
- CNA is not required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license (in most cases)
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Ability to handle physical aspects of job lift 50 lbs.
- Medication Administration is not a requirement but a benefit, we will train you after 90 days. Non-Med-Aides will start at 16.50 and increase as appropriate
- Raises at 30,60, 90 days
- 100.00 sign on bonus at 90 days If all goals are met.
Duties INCLUDE but are not limited to:
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Dressing and helping Consumers toileting needs
- Feeding clients
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Good attitudes, Kind to fellow staff and consumers
- interacting with consumers as if they were your family
Hours per week:
- 20-40hrs----Every other weekend.
- Salary: $18.00 - $20 per hour as appropriate , we pay time and a half on weekends. Raises are performace based.
