Job Description
Lamily Corp is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with local deliveries as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
* Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store products.
* Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate customer orders and inventory updates.
* Support daily warehouse operations, including restocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
* Operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
* Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with inventory counts, stock organization, and warehouse system updates to improve operational efficiency.
* Safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials while maintaining attention to detail throughout the order fulfillment process.
* Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse experience preferred.
* Forklift experience preferred. Training may be provided for the right candidate.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both warehouse and office staff.
* Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This position primarily works in the warehouse. Local deliveries are performed only as needed.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
