Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Club Builder/Custom Shop Manager to oversee the design, construction, and installation of custom golf clubs and related equipment. In this role, you will lead a team of craftsmen, manage the entire building process from concept to completion, and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise in custom shafts, golf clubs knowledge and construction will drive innovation and excellence in creating bespoke golf club components. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the custom club building team, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Interpret technical club building component issues, accurately execute custom designs and repair work
- Oversee all aspects of quality build control
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for golf club building and maintain the servicing of the tools as well as recommending new equipment to make jobs faster and more efficient
- Manage construction estimating processes for projects, ensuring cost-effective use of materials such
- Ensure compliance with power tool safety standards and proper handling of power tools
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications while maintaining efficient workflow on the shop floor
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety regulations while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven experience in golf club construction, and repair
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools for golf club building
- Familiarity with interpreting technical build issues and problem solving
- Hands-on experience with club building machines and power tool safety practices
- Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship
- Prior experience in club repair or club building highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control and safety compliance

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Golf Club Repair and Building: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Mitchel Club Building Certification (Preferred)
