Proven management experience in retail, convenience, fuel, or food service.

Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to other store locations as needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Successful completion of a background check, MVR, and 4-panel drug test

Completion of the Food Protection Manager Course within 30 days of hire.

Ability to drive during company time as needed to complete tasks or attend meetings.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., 25 lbs. overhead, bend, reach, use a ladder or stepstool.

Ability to stand for your entire shift of 10 hours per day.

Ability to be on-call for work-related issues or questions.
