Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Liaison & Family Engagement Coordinator to serve as a vital bridge between families and our organization. In this dynamic role, you will foster meaningful relationships, facilitate effective communication, and promote engagement to ensure families feel supported, informed, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Make warm, conversational follow-up calls to families who are not yet ready to move forward
- Stay connected with families over time and identify meaningful changes in needs or circumstances
- Communicate important updates to the appropriate Senior Advisor
- Maintain organized follow-up schedules, notes, and To-Dos
- Help families connect with resources when appropriate
- Assist with special projects
- Support other administrative and team projects as needed
Experience
- We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate is team-minded, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to make a positive impact on families who may need ongoing support, guidance, and information.
Experience in senior living, senior care, healthcare, or a related field is a plus, but it is not required. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is compassionate, comfortable speaking with families by phone, able to stay organized with ongoing follow-up, and capable of recognizing when a family may need additional support from a Senior Advisor.
Important Position Details
This position will begin as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
Qualified candidates MUST live within one hour of Lake Lanier. Candidates who live outside of this geographic area will not be considered.
This position does not offer health insurance or other traditional employee benefits. Employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation after six months of employment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
