- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector.
- Experience creating communications materials for executive audiences.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and analyzing data to uncover actionable insights.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with high accuracy and speed.
- Ability to master new domains quickly and operate independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
