We're opening a new boutique Pilates reformer studio in Washington IL and looking for a certified Reformer Instructor to help us build something special from the ground up.
What you'll do:
- Lead small-group and private reformer Pilates sessions (studio equipped with 6 A8-Pro reformers)
- Design class programming appropriate for a range of fitness levels, from beginner to advanced
- Build relationships with clients and help grow a loyal member base
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Ensure proper equipment setup, form correction, and injury prevention during sessions
Schedule:
Full-time, set schedule (days/hours to be finalized)
Compensation:
Commission-based pay per class/session with a cap (not solidified) of $70,000/ year
What we're looking for:
- Current Pilates reformer certification (e.g., Balanced Body, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent) — required
- Prior experience teaching reformer classes preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mentality
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about movement and wellness
- Full-time availability
