Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks from our menu, ranging from milk teas to slushes
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boba shop
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the boba shop. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, along with basic math skills for cash handling. Knowledge of operating a cash register or POS system is also beneficial. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience in the food industry is considered advantageous.
