Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
- Replenish food and beverages efficiently, maintaining presentation standards and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food preparation and timely service for all guests
- Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean dining area

Requirements
- Previous food service experience, particularly in breakfast or fine dining settings, is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest relations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, cleaning, and assisting guests
- Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques is a plus
- Commitment to food safety standards including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and hygiene procedures
