VAC Enrichment is a nationwide leader in hands-on, project-based enrichment programs serving students from PreK through 8th grade. Our programs focus on creativity, confidence-building, teamwork, and experiential learning.
We partner with schools, camps, and community organizations across the country to provide engaging after-school experiences that help students develop new skills, stay active, and build lasting friendships.
Position Overview
VAC Enrichment is seeking energetic and enthusiastic DND Enrichment Instructors to lead engaging after-school DND programs
Teachers should be comfortable leading groups of students ranging from 1st Grade through middle school and adapting activities to accommodate varying skill levels and abilities.
Interviews and training are conducted remotely. All classes are held in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging enrichment classes using VAC-provided curriculum and lesson plans
- Teach age-appropriate athletic skills, game rules, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants
- Ensure student safety during all activities and games
- Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement and effective coaching strategies
- Adapt activities for varying ages, skill levels, and group sizes
- Set up and organize sports equipment before classes and assist with cleanup afterward
- Supervise students during transitions and program dismissal
- Communicate professionally with school staff, families, and VAC leadership
- Complete required attendance, training, and program documentation
- Represent VAC Enrichment with professionalism, enthusiasm, and reliability
- Follow all school, site, and VAC safety procedures
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in sports, recreation, education, coaching, camp, childcare, or enrichment settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and group management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in physical activities
- Positive, energetic, and dependable attitude
- Ability to manage groups of students in indoor and outdoor settings
- Comfortable leading active games and sports instruction
- Must pass required background checks (processing time applies)
- Must have U.S. work authorization
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation to assigned campuses
- Ability to transport and organize sports equipment
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred (Not Required)
- Coaching experience in youth sports
- Physical Education teaching experience
- Experience with after-school, camp, or recreational programs
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Background in Dungeons and Dragons - Being a GM or DM

Staffing Notes
We are seeking both Lead Instructors and Assistant Instructors for sports programs throughout the school year. Compensation varies by role, schedule, and program assignment and is paid per class/program.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
