We are seeking a dedicated and extremely friendly Front Desk employee to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries, managing signups, MAKING CALL & SELLING OTHER GYM SERVICES and assisting with various other standard operating procedures.
A strong focus on sales skills, customer satisfaction and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this position AND IN LIFE IN GENERAL.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Handle sales, and modifications using the property management system (POS).
- Provide information and SELL services, to enhance guest experiences.
- Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- ASSSIST IN MARKETING AND ACQUIRING MEMBERS
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with purchasing procedures, including processing payments and updating membership payments.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS A PLUS
- MARKETIMG SKILLS A PLUS
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for managing transactions effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management if needed.
- Ability to perform product demos or provide detailed information about services offered.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage for potential leadership opportunities within the team.

Seeking a membership sales person that has experience in lead follow-up via phone, and web based leads. Greeting members and assisting in their needs. Gym tours, some cleaning and assisting in other sales such as future merchandise and recovery packages maybe required.
