Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Severs Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in social settings and have a keen eye for detail. Severs will be responsible for the overall experience of all guests in the dining.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform basic math calculations for tabs.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive relationships with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending, serving or food service is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills required for handling transactions and tab calculations; familiarity with retail math is beneficial.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Holiday and weekend availability are required.
