SAI is looking for a team member in our Transportation Design Group with the desire to lead projects within our Highway Department.
Responsibilities
Lead highway design projects from concept to design and through construction
Coordinate design elements over multiple disciplines
Strong technical ability to provide guidance and oversight of the design process
Mentor junior engineers
Work collaboratively with other team members, consultants, and our clients
Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for contract bidding

Qualifications
8 to 12 years of direct experience in the design and preparation of plans for transportation improvement projects
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required
PE License in PA required
Experience with PennDOT and PTC projects development required
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
