About Rancher’s Reserve
Rancher’s Reserve is a Florida-based ranch focused on raising exceptional beef, pork, eggs, and other products for our own hospitality businesses and customers throughout South Florida.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Ranch Delivery Driver / Ranch Hand to help transport Rancher’s Reserve products from our ranch in Okeechobee to our restaurant and butcher shop in West Palm Beach.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, being outdoors, and being part of a growing agricultural and hospitality operation.
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to load, transport, and deliver Rancher’s Reserve products from our Okeechobee ranch to our West Palm Beach locations approximately 2–3 times per week.
The driver will be responsible for safely loading the vehicle, maintaining product organization and proper handling during transportation, completing deliveries, and returning equipment or supplies to the ranch when necessary.
For someone looking for additional hours, we can also provide approximately one day per week working on the ranch and potentially additional ranch hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Load Rancher’s Reserve products and supplies for delivery
- Safely transport products from Okeechobee to West Palm Beach
- Deliver to our restaurant and butcher shop locations
- Properly handle refrigerated and frozen food products
- Assist with loading and unloading at each location
- Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle
- Communicate with ranch and restaurant teams regarding deliveries
- Pick up and return supplies, equipment, or other items when needed
- Follow all food-safety and transportation procedures
- Complete basic delivery records and product counts as needed
Optional Ranch Hours May Include:
- General ranch work and property maintenance
- Feeding and assisting with livestock
- Moving supplies, feed, and equipment
- Cleaning and organizing ranch facilities
- Fencing and pasture-related projects
- Assisting the ranch team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
We care more about reliability, work ethic, and attitude than previous ranch experience.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Is dependable and punctual
- Is comfortable driving between Okeechobee and West Palm Beach
- Can safely lift and move boxes and products up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Is comfortable loading and unloading a delivery vehicle
- Works well independently without constant supervision
- Takes pride in keeping products, equipment, and vehicles organized
- Is comfortable working outdoors if taking additional ranch hours
- Communicates well with both our ranch and hospitality teams
- Treats our products with care and understands the importance of representing Rancher’s Reserve professionally
Previous experience with delivery driving, agriculture, ranching, food distribution, restaurants, or logistics is helpful but not required for the right person.
Schedule
Approximately 2–3 delivery days per week, transporting products between Okeechobee and West Palm Beach.
An additional ranch workday can be provided for someone interested in accumulating more weekly hours.
Exact days and hours may vary depending on production and delivery needs.
