Job Description:
Are you looking for a stable manufacturing role with an excellent schedule? Proman Staffing of High Point is hiring Extrusion Winding and Slitting Machine Operators to join a growing team. This role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, giving you predictable days off and great work-life balance!
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift & 3rd Shift Available | 2-2-3
What You Will Do:
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion winding and slitting machinery.
- Load raw materials into the machine and safely unload finished product.
- Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet strict quality and measurement standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments to keep the line running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous machine operation experience (experience with winding, slitting, or extrusion is highly preferred).
- Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (shifts are 12 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
