JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associate that differentiates us from the competition

Contact appropriate supervisor with guest related complaints or issues
-
Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
-
Assist associate within the Transportation Department as needed and other departments
-
Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service
-
Perform related duties as requested
-
Pick up and drop off assigned guests designated by limo dispatcher
-
Complete assigned tasked given by limo dispatcher or manager
-
Load and unload vehicle as need
-
Keep vehicle well maintained
-
Set up return transportation for guest
-
Full knowledge of resort amenities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
-
Excellent Communication skills
-
Must have a valid NV driver’s license
-
Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department
-
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
-
Ability to perform basic math
-
Basic knowledge of the city
-
Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
-
Basic computer skills
-
Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Transportation Department including Guest Safety and OSHA
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-
Ability to work flexible hours
-
A valid NV Driver’s License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
-
Must be 21 years of age or older
