FIBERSTAMP is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and is seeking an experienced, U.S.-based Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and build long-term customer and partner relationships.

Job Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the U.S. market.
- Own key sales objectives, including revenue growth, gross margin, and customer development.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Develop Customers & Manage Key Accounts
- Develop relationships with direct customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations through negotiation, contracts, and payment collection.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive retention, repeat business, and account growth.
Market & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, pricing, tariffs, and regulatory developments.
- Provide market insights to support product positioning and business growth.
- Identify and manage key commercial, customer credit, and trade risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Product, R&D, Logistics, and After-Sales teams to support customer needs and business development.
- Support trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, and other market development activities.
- Help strengthen sales processes, CRM, pricing, and channel development.
Travel
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for customer meetings, business development, trade shows, negotiations, and technical discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in the optical communications industry.
- Experience in optical communications, optical networking, data centers, telecommunications, or related technology markets preferred.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, L/C, T/T, export documentation, and basic customs procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an international environment.
- Professional English proficiency.
