What You'll Do:
- Build and prepare precast concrete forms
- Pour, finish, patch, and repair concrete products
- Tie rebar and assemble reinforcement cages
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with moving materials throughout the plant
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
