Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools efficiently and safely
- Assemble pizzas quickly and accurately to meet customer specifications and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage food handling procedures to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist in taking customer orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Support cash register operations, processing transactions smoothly while upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
