Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $22–$26/hr (based on experience)
Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Outbound to C Lead to support daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, on-time shipment, and supporting team performance.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily outbound operations (picking, packing, labeling, shipping)
· Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of customer orders
· Support and guide associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals
· Coordinate with Inventory and Receiving teams to resolve issues
· Monitor workflow and adjust based on daily volume
· Identify and resolve order errors, delays, or system issues
· Use WMS and RF scanners to track and manage orders
Qualifications
· 2+ years of warehouse or outbound/fulfillment experience
· Prior lead or team coordination experience preferred
· Familiar with WMS, picking/packing, and shipping processes
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
