Acura of Peoria / Arrowhead Auto Glass is actively seeking a quality individual for our Auto Glass CSR / Liaison position for the Phoenix and Scottsdale vicinity. You will be working out of our main office as well as out in the field servicing our affiliated Auto Dealerships.
Our CSR'S work a full time, 40 hours per week schedule
Qualifying candidates must possess:
Extremely high customer engagement skills.
Concierge Service - Promptly greeting customers as they drive up for auto service
Facilitating any and all windshield replacements and repair service
Assisting in moving vehicles up and down the drive area
Work closely with customers to make certain all glass needs are met.
We prefer previous sales experience but will train the right candidate.
Excellent phone and communication skills are required . Training will be provided to insure your success.
Be at a moderate level in computer skills.
SALARY IS COMPETITIVE AND DOE
Must have valid Arizona Drivers License, in good standing, and be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
