Lead Oracle SCM Consultant (Order Management & Procurement)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions, specifically across Order Management and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will lead functional discussions, drive solution design, support business transformation initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle SCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Oracle SCM modules, primarily:
- Order Management (OM)
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Supplier Management
- Inventory Management
- iProcurement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Drive configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Lead workshops, process discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
- Coordinate with technical, integration, and reporting teams for successful solution delivery.
- Support data migration, UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Oracle best practices.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM applications.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Oracle Order Management
- Oracle Procurement / Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
- Experience leading client-facing discussions and solution workshops.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Knowledge of integrations with Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse Management systems.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Oracle certifications in SCM modules are a plus.
