Overton Security is currently hiring for a Security Site Supervisor in the city of Sacramento for a local HOA.
Schedule Available:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr paid weekly
CLEAN DMV RECORD REQUIRED
Duties:
- Must be able to utilize Current Technology for job performance and report writing
- Work closely with the on-site management team
- Perform TT rounds during shifts
- Answer calls from residents
- Answer calls from call boxes to grant property entry
- Issue parking citations
- Must be able to perform duties on foot

- Computer proficiency (reports, communication, basic systems use)
- Ability to meet standard job-related physical requirements (including walking the site and lifting up to 15 lbs)
Duties:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor perimeter fencing for any breaches or damage
- Provide customer service to the general public
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and for important occurrences.
- Communicate with local fire and police, Overton Management, SOC and the customer.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor towards employees, coworkers, etc…
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Supervises a team of 4+ security officers
- Maintains high interaction with tenants, property management, security management, customers, and officers.
- Ensures compliance with the Post Orders and provides detailed instructions for officers
- Assist in observing officers in their element and reviewing reports and activity
- Be instrumental in training and proofreading various reports.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Have a current BSIS Guard Card
- Have adequate English communication skills, both oral and written
- Have the ability to utilize wireless technology via mobile applications
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards
- Must have a neat and professional appearance and hygiene standards
