Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Pay rate: start at $20.00+ based on experience, qualifications and education level
Education: High School Diploma
License: Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Hours: 10-15 hours per week to start, Monday through Friday and Saturday when needed. Once you become a certified RBT, you can potentially increase your hours to be full-time.
Typical start time: 8/9 am
Typical end time: 7/8 pm
Work remotely: at times
This position requires:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A clear background/fingerprint check and health Screening from physician
- CPR training [preferred]
- Reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and proof of car insurance
- Commitment to at least 6 months to a year to our families.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children, and adolescents.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lb., sit on the floor, sit on small chairs, squat, stand, jump, run/chase children, play games, be silly and engage in pretend-play with kids
- Interpersonal skills needed to manage crisis situations
- Willing to commute daily 20-30 mins within the metroplex
- Must be dependable, reliable, flexible, and willing to take on constant feedback from supervisors
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Schedule:
- Therapy hours will be held from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM. However, there may be instances in which the Employee will be required to administer therapy on Saturdays from the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM (extra pay for weekends)
