Job Overview
We're looking for an ambitious, highly organized Construction Manager with approximately 3–4 years of residential construction experience who is ready to accelerate their career. This is not simply a superintendent role. This is not simply a project manager role. This is someone who enjoys owning the entire construction process—from breaking ground through Certificate of Occupancy, homeowner orientation, and warranty—while keeping multiple luxury homes moving forward every single day. This role will grow into managing 6–8 luxury homes simultaneously, each at different stages of construction.

Drive Schedule, Project Execution & Keep Projects Moving
Be the driving force behind project momentum—anticipating challenges, removing obstacles, and keeping every home progressing efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and client confidence.
- Maintain detailed construction schedules

Serve as a trusted operational partner by communicating proactively, embracing technology, improving processes, and helping build a smarter, more efficient luxury homebuilding company.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership
- Communicate professionally with clients, architects, designers, and consultants
- Utilize Buildertrend, AI tools, and technology to improve efficiency
- Recommend process improvements as the company grows
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Escalate critical issues early while independently resolving day-to-day challenges
Qualifications
Required
- 3–4 years of residential construction experience
- Experience working through the full lifecycle of at least several new home builds from groundbreaking through completion
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Comfortable balancing project management with field leadership
Preferred
- Luxury or custom homebuilding experience
- Florida residential construction experience
- Buildertrend (or similar software)
- Scheduling and procurement experience
- Budget awareness
- Warranty management experience
