As a Sales Representative for our staffing solutions, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to identify client needs, present tailored staffing solutions, and close deals to help meet both client and candidate requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels,out in the field, cold calling, and referrals.
- We specialize in light industrial, warehousing
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients' needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss their staffing requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Presentation and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service to secure new business and achieve favorable agreements for both parties.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and effective placement of candidates.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with available talent and ensure successful placements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
