Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and energetic Non-Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will safely operate 26-foot box trucks to deliver goods efficiently across the interstates. This is an Over-the-Road (OTR) position requiring drivers to remain on the road for 1 to 2 weeks at a time. Your commitment to safety will ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service and supporting essential warehouse and delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and transportation tasks, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
- Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and load & unload tools
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with maintenance schedules
- Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations, providing professional customer service and ensuring accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, route logs, and vehicle inspections using mobile devices or other digital tools
- Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks involving heavy or bulky items
- Ability to operate in interstate commerce and maintain an OTR schedule of 1–2 weeks away from home.
Requirements
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving is preferred
- Valid DOT Medical Card Preferred
- Must be willing and able to remain over-the-road (OTR) for 1 to 2 consecutive weeks
- Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and customer interaction
- Warehouse experience including manual handling, moving items, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices and weight handling guidelines in the workplace
- Knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and safe driving practices for box trucks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed delivery routes accurately

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
